The transaction is far from over once an offer has been accepted. I monitor inspections, appraisals, title, escrow and loan processes. Communication and collaboration with all the partners and parties involved with the transaction ensures a smooth and timely closing. I am committed to my clients before, during and after a sale.  

Rodney Shimogawa started his real estate career in 2014. Rodney’s strong belief in relational based business quickly expanded into a successful sustainable real estate career.


To keep up with the continued growth and to insure that each client receives the phenomenal service they deserve Rodney has taken the next step in real estate by creating a team.  


In Rodney’s free time he loves spending time out at the lake or sound. Loves boating and fishing. He has also recently picked up golfing. Community involvement is also very important and is always looking for more ways to serve and give back to the community. Rodney is very excited to begin a new chapter in his real estate career and excited to look for ways to become involved with the Snohomish community.
